    The Offense

    The Quarterback

    The quarterback is the captain of the offense. He touches the ball on every action. It is the most visible position in this sport. He needs to have a quick mind, quick feet, leadership and a good strong arm to throw the ball

    The Runningback

    The Running back needs to be very quick and strong and patient. He gets the ball from the quarterback from hand to hand, then the RB has to find a place to run.
    He usually has his teammates helping him progress so he has to be patient for the play to develop and when a hole opens up be able to explode into the hole and gain as much yards.
    He also helps in protection as a 6th bodyguard for the quarterback.

    The Offense Lineman

    The Lineman is probably the most important position in football but gets the least attention. He has to be strong, heavy and must play as a team to either create a whole in the defense or hold the defender long enough to give time to his quarterback who has to find an open reciever

    The Tight end

    The Tight end is the player that needs to be strong enough to play like a lineman but must have good speed great hands and quickness. Needless to say this position is held by probably the most athletic players.

    The Wide Reciever
    Wide Reciever

    The Wide Recieve is the player that needs to be quick, fast, agile and dependable. To play like a WR you must have superior speed great hands and quickness.

    The Defense

    The Defensive Line
    Defensive Line

    The Defensive line is the player that needs to be quick, strong, relantless and very athletic for the ones who play outside of the line. The Defensive Line inside just need to be very big even hudge. To play like a DL you must be very heavy and strong. If you play on the end (DE) then you will have to have a very muscular body and be quick to be able to chase the Quarterback of the opposing team.

    The LineBacker
    Linebacker

    The Linebacker is the player that needs to be quick, strong, relantless and very athletic. To play like a Linebacker you must be strong and fast in order to be able to keep up with Tight ends or even run with Wide Reciever but also strong to be able to stop running backs

    The DefensiveBack
    Defensiveback

    The Defensive back is the player that needs to be fast to be able to run with the fast wide recievers and to be confident because they are usually the last line to stop the other team. To play like a Defensive back you must be fast and be great at guessing what the other will do.

    Special Teams

    The Kicker and Punter

    The kicker is the player that needs to be have a strong leg but is accurate in order to kick the ball between the goalposts. To play like a Kicker you must be very very confident. As the whole team would hope that you can make the one kick that will will decide on the outcome of the game. You make it everyone wins, you miss everyone loses!
    There is also the Punter that allows to get the team out of a difficult situation. He needs to have a strong leg.
